TYPES OF COACHING WE OFFER

Everyone needs some type of assistance at some point in their lives. If you are sick, then you call a doctor. If you want to get in shape, then you hire a personal trainer. And every now and then you may need assistance in the areas of dating, relationships, or where is my place in the universe? Here, Gabriel C. Hawkins can assist you in any of these areas. Below you find out a little about each are of coaching that Gabriel does and how the process works.

The Process 

     Consultation / Conversation - First you would need to go to the contact page and email Gabriel to schedule a consultation. After you schedule a consultation, Gabriel will contact you and have a 15 to 30 conversation with you to hear your story and find out what exactly you are looking for, and hope to achieve via coaching.

     Sessions - Once you feel that you would like to move forward with coaching, you will schedule reoccurring sessions. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. All sessions are done via Zoom.

Relationship Coaching / Couples Coaching – You deserve a committed, intimate, and satisfying relationship.  With Relationship Coaching Gabriel will help you to:

Dating Coaching  / Singles Coaching– Whether you're into traditional dating, online dating, or both, dating in this day and age can be tedious. Is your profile good enough? Do you have the right profile picture? Will I attract the right type of person? And once I start dating, what is the best way to handle all of the issues that come along with dating? With Dating / Singles coaching Gabriel will help you"

• Define what you want in a partner
• Discuss what is important to you in a relationship, what you want, what you will and won't accept.
• Heal from past relationships and breaking old patterns that kept you stuck.
• Work on communication skills
• Start a new, healthy relationship, and make it last.

Spiritual Coaching – When we are too deeply engaged in the drama of life, we tend to see the world from a distorted perspective. We may make judgements  and justify our negative views of our lives. Sometimes we may even blame God or the Universe for our problems. With Spiritual Coaching, Gabriel will help you discover your spiritual and energetic blocks to happiness and help you figure out why you are not where you want to be in your life. With Spiritual Coaching, Gabriel will help you with:
